The Reverend Susan Heath is the Coordinator for the SC Bishops’ Public Education Initiative. Prior to taking the position as Coordinator, Heath served as Canon on the staff of Trinity Episcopal Cathedral in Columbia, SC from 1984 – 2004 and again as Interim Canon for Christian Formation from August 2011 until May 2014. She holds a bachelor’s degree in history and English from Randolph Macon Woman’s College and Master of Divinity degree from Virginia Theological Seminary. She was ordained to the Episcopal priesthood in 1984.
